Before the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), our extensive network of liaisons, strategically stationed worldwide, are available to oversee and review small prototype runs, engineering trial runs, and plant trials. They provide detailed reports and communicate any emerging issues through TJ Automotive’s customer portal application. This service significantly reduces travel and manpower expenses for our clients, ensuring efficient and cost-effective pre-PPAP operations.

In instances of defect identification, our liaisons at OEM locations are equipped to deploy TJ Automotive sorting teams. These teams are proficient in managing inventory sorting, collaborating with sequencers, and intercepting inbound shipments based on ASN numbers, thereby safeguarding both our clients and their customers. Sorting tasks can be conducted off-site, adhering to either Tier 1 directives or strategies devised by TJ Automotive. Our primary objective is to preemptively address potential issues, preventing the issuance of customer reject notices from OEMs.

Furthermore, TJ Automotive extends its sorting expertise to Tier 1 or Tier N suppliers. We offer experienced sorting and rework crews capable of covering all operational shifts. Work instructions are flexibly formulated by TJ Automotive or can be provided by the client, presenting a comprehensive, single-source support solution tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
